Who we are

What we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and message.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit mml.ae, we and our analytics tools collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site you came from, using cookies and similar technologies.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising:
- Google Analytics — to understand how visitors find and use our site.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — to measure and improve our LinkedIn campaigns.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or through our cookie banner where one is shown. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Respond to your enquiries and provide our services;
- Operate, secure, analyse, and improve our website;
- Measure and deliver our marketing, including on LinkedIn; and
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for analytics and advertising cookies); our legitimate interests (running, securing, and improving our business); the steps needed to respond to your request or perform a contract; and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business — currently Google (analytics), LinkedIn (advertising), and Cloudflare (website hosting and security) — who process it on our behalf. We may also disclose data where required by law.
International transfers
We are based in the UAE, and some of our providers process data outside the UAE and the European Economic Area. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain reasonable business records, after which we delete it. Analytics data is retained according to our providers’ standard retention periods.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data;
- Object to or restrict how we process it;
- Request a copy in a portable format; and
- Withdraw your consent at any time.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page with a revised effective date.
